Research


My research interests are in the area of quality management, especially statistical process control (SPC). I have been very interested in the effect of data correlation on the performance of control charts. More recently I have looked at using control charts to monitor customer satisfaction data. I also have looked at using spreadsheets to find probability limits, and to find small sample confidence interval estimates of Bernoulli and Poisson parameters.
