Note on Question on Quality of Instructor

Footnote on the Quality of Instruction item

Through Fall 1991, the question is referred to as "Quality of Instruction" (item 2) on the evaluation summary. During Spring 1992 the question was called "Effective Instruction" (item 3). From Fall 92 through Summer 94 it asked the student to rate the instructor compared to other college teachers (item 16), and since Winter 95 it has asked for an overall rating of the instructor (item 12).
