There is an option early-morning drive down the Lower Colorado Scenic Byway to start the day. The Lower Colorado Scenic Byway follows the river bank beside towering red rock cliffs. The cliffs are particularly beautiful in the early morning when the sun is still below the horizon, and this is the time to get memorable pictures of your car against the red rock backdrop. The "theme pictures" for this drive were all taken early in the morning along this stretch of river.

 

We will have a farewell brunch after this morning drive, and then head home. The driving directions are for those returning to Salt Lake City.
